Welcome to the Greenfield Police Department

The Police Auxiliary Corps was first authorized in 1965. It now consists of 25 dedicated citizens who give of their time and effort for the betterment of their community.

Auxiliary Officers provide service throughout the year at special events; the Dan Jansen Festival, the 4th of July celebration, high school athletic events, parades, and the annual police auction. Auxiliary officers also serve as Municipal Court bailiffs.

Many auxiliary officers are young men and women interested in law enforcement careers who receive valuable training and experience during their tenure. Auxiliary officers have gone on to careers with many different criminal justice agencies. We last hired for auxiliary officers in June of 2006.

The Auxiliary Corps holds monthly meetings and conducts training sessions throughout the year under the guidance of Sergeant David Patrick.

If you are interested in serving the community in the capacity of an auxiliary officer, contact Sergeant Chip Falk at (414) 761-5343.
